The elders came over to share a spiritual message and asked if there was ever a time that maybe the Lord didn’t take away a trial but rather give us the strength to endure through it. It took me a few minutes but because I had written it down here, I quickly recalled the story of microbiology. The Lord never made the workload lighter but gave me the strength and resources to endure and pass the class.

Why is there a picture of a toilet in your journal?!? Well yesterday morning Mike clogged this thing good! We tried every trick in the book and no luck! Bought a drain snake, nope! Let it sit overnight & tried all the tricks again, no luck!! I thought I had thought of everything, but realized I hadn’t prayed, so I prayed and 3 mins later I heard a magical sound... It unclogged and all on its own, I didn’t even have to touch it another time...And then I cried. I cried because the Lord heard my prayer. He knew that I had done all that I could do & he made up for the rest. It’s a toilet though...big deal! It’s not about a toilet, it’s about life. In life we just need to try our best and the Lord will make up for the rest. ♥️ Kelli

Then the speculation about what it was going to be began.  Eventually they girls did finish and we turned them in on time, with a little...

The McCubbins Girls

We were invited to go to the temple with a new family in our ward to do baptism. The night before I had texted Deanne, because I knew she had a bunch of family names. But sharing them just wasn't working and I wasn't sure if the temple would be able to print the files I had! Before we headed out I decided to look really quick to see if Mike or I had any family names. We both had a few so I saved them to my phone. When I got to the temple desk to print the names everyone seemed to be in the middle of something. I sat patiently for a few min and then finally someone came over. I could tell she was busy, so I decided to not bother with D's names and just handed her the code to print the ones I had found. We went down to the baptistery, during the baptism, they had called me in to help in the bathroom to pass out towels and mop up the excess water. I was happy to help. However because I was in the bathroom, I missed seeing the kids being baptised, but I really didn't mind. ...
